Union Crossing

EHC and the City of Westminister developed and are building nine new town homes to be sold to moderate income buyers and first time buyers. Four have been completed and on the market.

 

Project Plase

Project PLASE

Working with Project PLASE, EHC is pursuing the acquisition and renovation of the Morgan Mill project in North Baltimore. Once completed this will provide 66 single room occupancy units for homeless and formerly homeless Veterans.

Earls Place

Earl's Place, a provider of housing and services to homeless men has retained EHC to include development of 20 permanent housing units. As the project developer, EHC is working with Earl's Place to identify and acquire a site and oversee fundraising, design and construction for the new project.

Weisman-Kaplan House

Under contract with Tuerk House, EHC will oversee the expansion and renovation of the Weisman-Kaplan House, a halfway house for men in recovery from substance abuse. The renovation will allow Tuerk House to provide services more efficiently and increase the number of men served by 50 percent going from 18 to 27 men when finished.

Tuerk House

Tuerk House is one of Baltimore's most affective substance abuse treatment programs. EHC has partnered with Tuerk House to coordinate repairs for the main building.
