Transitional Housing –
A stable and permanent housing with necessary support services can make a difference in rebuildiing a life and bringing strength back into a community.
- St. Margaret's Oxford House - A renvovated Episcopal rectory is now a home for men in recovery from substance abuse.
- Bernice Mead House - Transitional housing for women with a recent diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
- Sarah Eastman Oxford House - A recovery home to provide stability for up to 4 single men.
- Walden Oxford House - Renovated housing for 5 women and children.
- Curry House - Providing housing for up to 6 single men.
- Dayspring House - Able to serve 18 women and up to 46 children. Also has community rooms and a Head Start school.
- Recovery In Community - Housing for 8 women and community space available for meetings and offices.
- Martha's Place - Residence for 8 women in a 6-month term of recovery.
- Collington Square Oxford House- Located on Mura Street to assist 7 men as a re-entry into an independent lifestyle.
- Baltimore Outreach Services - On McElderry Street, the property will provide transitional housing for two families moving from the Baltimore Outreach Services family shelter.
- Wilson Street Oxford House - To provide housing for 6 men. Tthe Oxford houses provide safe, supportive, affordable housing and community to those who have overcome substance abuse.
- Light of Truth Center - Providing housing for women in transition and restoration recovering from addictions
Community Centers -
Providing a learning center, recreation area, arts and music advancement, and a meeting area. The community centers are a vital addition to the neighborhoods.
- Pimlico Road Arts and Community Center - A brand new community center built in the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore.
- Harris Marcus Center - Newborn Holistic Ministries and EHC completed the renovation of a 3-story building for use as community civic space, office space, and art studios.
- The Club at Collington Square - The Club at Collington Square was renovated and provides after school and summer programs for middle school residents of east Baltimore.
Multi Family -
Hope for families in need of affordable housing through the renovation of already existing apartment buildings or assistance to first time buyers.
- Shriner Court - Union Bridge - A 20 unit affordable rental housing project for low income seniors.
- Parktown Apartments - A 48 unit apartment building with low cost housing availabe for I Can't We Can graduates and other residents in the Park Heights neighborhood.
- St. Stephen's Court Apartments - Renovation of a 72-unit building offering low cost housing and a new community center built for residents.
