Ashburton Apartments

Affordable rental and permanent supportive housing for residents of the Forest Park Community and the Family Recovery Program.

Project Description

EHC acquired the Ashburton Apartments, a 24-unit, partially renovated, Fannie Mae foreclosed property in September 2012. The apartments were completely renovated in 2014. The project included energy efficiency upgrades, the addition of central air conditioning, and a sprinkler system. A small addition was also built to provide laundry facilities for the residents as well as an office for the property manager. The apartments now provide safe, decent, affordable housing for residents of Forest Park and clients of the Family Recovery Program.
