Multi-Family Housing
Providing hope for families and seniors in need of affordable rental housing.
- St. Stephen's Court Apartments - Preservation of 72 units of affordable rental housing in west Baltimore and the construction of a new community center for the residents.
- Parktown Apartments - Renovation of a 48-unit apartment complex, providing affordable housing for graduates of I Can’t, We Can and other residents of the Park Heights neighborhood.
- Shriner Court - Union Bridge - New construction of 20 units of affordable rental housing for seniors in Carroll County.

Community Centers
Providing opportunities for youth and adults, these community center are vital additions to their neighborhoods.
- The Club at Collington Square - EHC and Episcopal Community Services of Maryland renovated the Club, which provides after school and summer programs for middle school students in east Baltimore.
- Harris Marcus Center - EHC and Newborn Holistic Ministries renovated a vacant, 3-story building, which provides space for Jubilee Arts, community civic space and Newborn offices.
- Pimlico Road Arts and Community Center - New construction of a vibrant center in the Park Heights neighborhood, which provides space for a Head Start program, family services and arts programs.
Transitional, Permanent and Special Needs Housing –
Providing both transitional and permanent housing for those with special needs, including formerly homeless persons and those in recovery from substance abuse.
- Tuerk House - EHC oversaw capital improvements to Tuerk House’s main facility.
- Light of Truth Center – Providing permanent, supportive housing for eight women.
- Wilson Street Oxford House – Supportive housing for six men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
- Baltimore Outreach Services - Transitional housing for two families moving from the Baltimore Outreach Services family shelter.
- Collington Square Oxford House- Supportive housing for seven men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
- Martha's Place - Transitional housing for graduates of Martha’s Place 6-month recovery program.
- Recovery In Community - Housing for eight women in the Recovery in Community program.
- Dayspring House - An 18-unit building, providing housing and support services for homeless women and their children.
- Curry Oxford House – Supportive housing for six men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
- Walden Oxford House - Supportive housing for five women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
- Sarah Eastman Oxford House - Supportive housing for four men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
- Bernice Mead House - Transitional housing for women with a recent diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
- St. Margaret's Oxford House - A former Episcopal rectory, renovated to provide supportive housing for men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
