Ezra Management

Episcopal Housing Corporation’s property management arm, Ezra Management, was formed in 2023 to continue the operation of a selection of properties from EHC’s affordable housing portfolio. EHC has managed a limited number of units since 2013, but as the number of properties we self-managed grew, we formed Ezra Management to formalize these operations.

 

Ezra Management works to:

  • Reduce vacancy and bad debt at EHC-owned properties
  • Minimize eviction proceedings through a holistic and attentive approach to rent collection
  • Resolve and avoid abatement on subsidized units
  • Support special needs populations
  • Increase resident satisfaction with timely maintenance, community activities, and reduced fees compared to similar management companies
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and investor regulations
