Courtney View Apartments

DESCRIPTION

Courtney View Apartments is a new construction, 74-unit project located in Baltimore County. The project is a partnership effort with The Church of Holy Apostles and St. Stephen. The building will house low income families including 19 individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and feature a club room, fitness center, outdoor social areas, a community garden, and a Life Enrichment Center.

In October 2025, the project was awarded 9% LIHTC funds as well as HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME ARP) funds, making the project feasible. Courtney View is also funded by capital funds from Baltimore County DHCD, a generous grant from The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, an a construction/permanent loan from JP Morgan Chase Bank.
