St. Stephen’s Court Apartments have provided housing to the West Baltimore community of Coppin Heights for more than 35 years. In 2010, Episcopal Housing partnered with St. Stephen’s Court, LLC to undertake the purchase and renovation of the apartments which needed updating. The renovation included the replacement of all major systems, as well as minor alterations to the interior of the units. St. Stephen’s Court Apartments now feature a modern, redesigned kitchen; updated bathrooms and fixtures; storage space; and 12 wheelchair accessible units. In addition to the renovation, EHC built a 2,500 square foot building that provides management offices and community meeting space. The $5MM project was completed in 2011.

In 2026, Ezra Management — EHC’s property management arm — took over management of the community.
