Union Crossing Townhomes

DESCRIPTION

Episcopal Housing Corporation partnered with the historic city of Westminster to build and sell four affordable townhomes in 2009. This project was part of the city’s successful efforts to revitalize some of the areas adjacent to the historic downtown area. The Union Crossing project consists of four modular construction units, each 1450 square feet with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. 

The Union Crossing Townhomes were sold to households making 80% or less of the area median income. Partially funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s HOME program, these units offered favorable interest rates, grants for down payments and financing, as well as amenities such as Energy Star appliances, off street parking, and covered porches.
