Gateway At Peerless Apartments and Townhomes

DESCRIPTION

In 2016, Episcopal Housing Corporation partnered with Conifer Realty to develop a new 62-unit multifamily dwelling in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The project provides housing to multiple low-income groups, including 13 units for residents with incomes at or less than 30% of the area median, 34 additional units for those at or less than 60% of the area median, and 15 units without income restrictions. Gateway at Peerless is one of many projects embarked upon by Episcopal Housing and Conifer as partners.

Construction began in early 2021 and was completed in early 2023.
